Abortion and the Virginia Constitution

The Virginia General Election on November 3 will include a ballot question on a proposed amendment to the state constitution entitled "Fundamental Right to Reproductive Freedom". If passed, the amendment will have major ramifications on abortion in Virginia. Learn more:
